Luxury Pet Carrier with Auto Locking Zippers

Mr. Peanut's Platinum Series models offer a premium design and style, combined with upgraded materials throughout. These carriers feature premium brand self-locking zippers and a plush removable faux fleece pad with a plywood base insert for additional stability and weight handling.

One of the key differences in Mr. Peanut's carriers is the use of self-locking zippers. About 18 months ago, I switched my entire line of carriers to these zippers, which are designed to prevent the carrier from being opened from the inside. This provides a much safer tote for pets, as the older style clasps were often fragile and unreliable.

The carrier structure is also an important consideration. Soft-sided pet carriers are typically supported by thin steel wire running along the edges and sides. However, Mr. Peanut's carriers are designed with a very strong, waterproof nylon material that is also used in military-grade parachutes. This helps to avoid the sagging, wrinkled look and gives the totes additional structure.

Lastly, and most importantly, pet safety and comfort are the top priorities. Mr. Peanut's carriers feature locking zippers and a Teslin resin mesh, which is the strongest pliable mesh on the market. They also include a leash tether to secure your pet during travel, well-designed carrying straps with thick metal connectors, a comfortable bedding pad, and pockets for storing treats, medications, and other essentials.

All of Mr. Peanut's totes are hand-sewn to my specifications by contracted factories, and I am constantly updating and improving the features with each successive generation. I use only natural, chemical-free materials, such as a Nylon 600D composite with a PVC coating, Vegan Leatherette, and Teslin Mesh.

It's important to note that soft-sided carriers may not be suitable for all pets or all pet ages. It is crucial to acclimate your pet to the carrier and ensure they view it as a home, not a prison. No soft-sided fabric or mesh can withstand the jaws and claws of a stressed pet.
